Description: Dance Dance Revolution Konamix, also known as DDR Konamix or simply Konamix for short, is a music video game in the Dance Dance Revolution series of games by Konami. It was released on April 25, 2002 for the Sony PlayStation in the United States and Canada as the third DDR console game in those countries and the last game released in North America for the system. DDR Konamix contains 52 tracks and six courses consisting entirely of "Konami Originals" produced by Konami's in-house music staff. Dance Dance Revolution was released for Microsoft Windows computers on May 24, 2002. The game used the engine and interface from 4thMix and Konamix, and like Konamix, it only includes Konami original songs. However, the song count in the Windows version is reduced to 40 songs, of which 21 are unavailable in Konamix. Dancing Stage Party Edition is a home video game in the Dancing Stage series, the European counterpart to Konamix. It was released in 2002 by Konami, as part of their family-oriented Bemani series. DS Party Edition contains 51 tracks consisting of 46 "Konami Originals" produced by Konami's in-house music staff and five exclusive new licenses.
